Description
My favorite tree on the shore of Lake Coeur d'Alene. It stands right out against the water, with magnificent gnarled roots, holding fast through decades of weather and waves. I took this photo as a storm was approaching, so there was a nice bit of drama in the sky, and the water was a little choppy.
